FAQ
I opened the browser dashboard but I cannot see my wallets
Most often, one of these is true:
- you are not logged in with the same Telegram account
- you are looking at the wrong scope
- the wallet belongs to a group you cannot access
Check:
- whether you completed
Log in with Telegram - whether the selected scope is
privateorgroup - whether the wallet was added under a different Telegram user or group
If this still does not fix it, open the same wallet through Telegram first and confirm whether the data is visible there.
I can use the bot, but the Mini App looks empty
Check the same things:
- Telegram account
- selected scope
- whether the wallet was added in private or in a group
If a wallet was tracked in a group, it will not automatically appear in your private scope.
Also check whether you opened the official Tracker Mini App link, not an old or forwarded link.
I do not see Actual Mcap
Actual Mcap appears only when Tracker has enough runtime data.
That usually requires:
- token price
- token supply
For launchpad or virtual-LP tokens, Tracker may also rely on dedicated launchpad data.
If those inputs are missing or unreliable, the field may be omitted.
This is safer than showing a value that may be wrong.
I am in a group, but I still cannot manage group wallets
Group management is not open to every viewer automatically.
You usually need one of these:
- an existing owned row in that group
- confirmed Telegram group-admin rights
- bot-admin access
My alert looks slower than expected
Tracker is optimized for fast delivery, but some alerts can take longer when classification has to fall back to slower runtime paths.
This is normal for some complex or degraded cases.
The fastest path is usually the first alert message. Richer enrichment can arrive later as an edit.
In practice, this means:
- the first message is the fast signal
- the edited message is often the richer version
Premium is asking for wallet verification
That is expected for Premium flows that need wallet ownership proof or subscription verification.
For normal tracking, you can ignore wallet connection entirely.
I added a wallet in a group, but I cannot find it in private view
That is expected.
Private scope and group scope are separate. A wallet added for a group stays in that group's dataset. Switch to the correct group scope to see it.
Where should I go if Telegram commands are not enough?
Open the Mini App or the browser dashboard when you need:
- wallet detail
- token detail
- charts
- alert history
- favorites
- wallet management
I removed a wallet, but I still remember old alerts
That can be normal.
Removing a wallet stops active tracking for that row, but it does not mean all previously delivered Telegram messages disappear from chat history.
I still do not know whether the issue is about permissions or data
Use this quick rule:
- if the wallet is missing completely, it is usually a scope or permission issue
- if the wallet opens but some values are missing, it is usually a data-availability issue
